Cancellation Procedure

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call/text +447455091113 at least 48 hours before your appointment. 

Without this notice we'll be obliged to retain the cost of the session as we might well have turned away another client for that time and pay the cost of room rental. Therefore please note that appointments cancelled under 48 hours notice will be charged the full rate.
